All steering group meetings are open to the members of the public of all ages to attend and when appropriate take part. Meetings are intended to be purposeful but relaxed. We are required to have some specific agenda items such as Declarations of Interest.

Meetings will be held as and when required with a minimum of one a month. We have decided to hold our meetings on different days of the week to give people a better chance of attending some meetings e.g. those with a regular commitment on a specific day. Meetings typically start at 8pm and are expected to last 2 hours.

Most of the work will be done outside of the meetings so expect to see people take on a task and report back at a future meeting. There is a lot of work to be done both by the steering group members and by additional volunteers.

The minutes of each meeting will be published.

Next Meeting – 20th July 2017

The next meeting of the Arlesey Neighbourhood Plan Steering Committee will take place on Thursday 20th July 2017 at 8pm at the Vicar’s Inn.

Venue Change – 14th April Meeting

The venue for the meeting on Thursday 14th April will be the White Horse, not the Vicar’s Inn, due to an event being held there. The start time will still be 8pm.
