Following the approval of the draft Neighbourhood Plan by Arlesey Town Council at a meeting on 5th July, the project is now able to enter the pre-submission consultation phase.
This mandatory six-week period will kick off with a Public Consultation event to be held on Thursday 14th July at the Arlesey Youth Centre behind the Village Hall on the High Street. The event will kick of at 2.30pm in the afternoon and run until 8.30pm in the evening and anyone wishing to view the draft Neighbourhood Plan or find out more about it and what it could mean for the future of Arlesey is welcome to come along.
The plan has been compiled by the project team based on consultation with the residents over the past eighteen months, but it is not too late to have your say on any of the contents of the plan. Following this consultation, feedback will be analysed, where appropriate, changes will be made to the plan based. All feedback will be addressed.
The draft plan itself will be available to download from this website early next week and a limited number of printed copies will be available at the event next week.
It is planned to hold another consultation event during August.
